Have a piece in mind — a ring you once saw, a pendant with a name on it, earrings made in exactly your size? We make it to your design, start to finish.
Choose your metal
- 925 sterling silver — solid silver, nickel-free. In plain silver, or with a rosé or yellow plated finish over the sterling.
- Gold — 22K, 18K or 14K — every gold piece we make is BIS hallmarked, with its own HUID number.
How it works
- Send us your idea. A photo, a sketch or a few words on WhatsApp, with the metal you'd like and your size if it's a ring or a chain. Quotes are free.
- Get your quote. We tell you the metal, the estimated weight, the price and the timing.
- Pay a 50% advance to start. We send you a secure payment link. The advance locks that day's gold or silver rate.
- Approve the design. We share the design with you before anything is made, with up to two rounds of changes included.
- We make it. Your piece is ready in 15–20 days from the advance. If we're waiting on your design approval, the clock pauses.
- See it, then pay the balance. We send photos or a video of the finished piece with its actual weight. The balance is adjusted to that weight, and once it's paid we ship your piece.
How it's priced
By weight, at that day's metal rate, plus making. Your quote shows the full price before you pay anything.
Good to know
- We ship across India. All orders are prepaid.
- Cancel before you approve the design and we refund your advance in full. Once the design is approved, the advance can't be refunded — the piece is being made only for you.
- Custom pieces are made to your measurements, so they can't be exchanged for a change of mind or size. If a piece arrives damaged or isn't what we agreed, we make it right, and our 6-month warranty covers manufacturing defects.
