The store — This store is operated by Kalpataru Jewellers ("3012", "we") from Surat, Gujarat, India. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and prices — All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. We take care that photographs and descriptions are accurate; slight variation in finish is natural, and oxidised finishes vary piece to piece by design.

Orders — An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a piece is unavailable or a listing contained an obvious error — we will tell you why.

Delivery — We ship across India. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes on full payment.

Disputes — These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
